Larry Bridgesmith has practiced law for 40 years. Over half that time he has consulted and trained businesses in managing the conflict inherent in organizations. As a professor of mediation and a trainer and facilitator of organizational conflict management, he has worked in many industries, including law, higher education, health care and religious organizations, to increase collaboration among colleagues. Larry co-chairs the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section’ Collaborative Coalitions Task Force.
