It isn’t easy to get attention, much less votes, in a field of forty-plus NYC mayoral candidates, but if there is one person deserving to rise to the top it would be Art Chang. He checks off all the boxes, such as being born in the south of Korean immigrants and raised in an all-white district in Ohio, being staunchly pro-woman, affordable housing, universal childcare, protecting the arts and worker’s rights. I might also point out that “chang” is four-fifths of his theme of change – his theme. (Sorry, had to put that in.) Give him a listen.
